Orders and Customization

Can I personalize my watch box?

Yes, Time Keepers offers personalization options for all of our watch boxes. You can add your initials, a name, a special date or even a logo/image to make your watch box uniquely yours.

What parts of the watch box can be personalized?

You can choose the material that is used to line the box and both the color of the exterior and interior.

The outside of the top lid can have a design of choice, as well as the inside the box.

How do I place an order?

Can I request a custom design not listed on your website?

For special custom design requests, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the complexity and feasibility of the design.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Time Keepers ships to Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard personalized orders typically take 30 days to process and ship. Depending on the type of personalization, the order may take longer. We will do our best to send you your new watch box as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

Returns and Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Do your watch boxes come with a warranty?

Yes, all Time Keepers watch boxes come with a one-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
